We can’t wait to welcome returning families and new members to our 2026-27 Season and our Jimboomba Jets family. Please note that this year we will be moving to a new online registration platform – Sport:80. This will offer a more streamlined and efficient system, making it easier to manage memberships, process payments and access important data all in one place.
We cater for ages 3-17. To see what Age Group your child would be in for the 25/26 Season, please view the Registration Ages Table.
Older athletes are encouraged to join our Senior Club which operates separately as part of Queensland Athletics.
Athletes that have been with us in U17s or have siblings still with the club and which to stay to compete in an Opens Age Group (up to U20 only), can enquire directly with the club for consideration.
How to Join
Returning Members
You will be able to log in with your previous Sport80 primary email and password. Your details will be saved from last year. Please ensure they are correct and do not need updating.
New Members
When logging in for the first time please set up your parent/guardian primary profile first and then you can add each athlete to your profile.
If you are registering more than one family member, please note the ‘Centre Membership ID Number’ at the top of the last page before clicking ‘Add Family Member’. You will need this when registering the next athlete!
Please Note: There is a very strict No Refund Policy imposed by LAQ once full registration payment has been received
Trials
Not sure if your child will like Little Athletics? No worries! We offer a two week trial for $20 during our Pre-Season in September.
This gives the kids a chance to give it a go for 2 weeks and you get peace of mind knowing they are going to enjoy it before registering for the whole season!
And if you do decide to register after your trial period, the $20 will be deducted from your registration price.
Once Registrations open, you can sign-up for a Trial via the Registration portal.
Pricing
Little Athletics is a relatively inexpensive sport with no ongoing weekly fees. Our pricing differs depending on when you register, how many children are joining or if they are a Tiny Tot. Please see our Pricing Page for further information.
We are a registered Play On! Voucher Activity Provider. Which means parents, carers or guardians can apply for a Play On! voucher through the Queensland government for their child to use towards the cost of their registration fees. Please note that Play On! Vouchers may only be used towards of the cost of registration fees and not any other associated costs. A voucher can only be used once and any remaining amount can not be credited, redeemed for cash or used for another Activity Provider. Further information and full T&Cs regarding the use of Play On!
